Job Description
EABL’s undergraduate internship program runs quarterly with new intakes every three months. Applications are open annually in March for the April intake. The internship periods are as follows:
April - June
July - September
October - December
January - March
The internship program is designed for 3rd-year or final-year undergraduate students who are either on break from school or awaiting graduation. The internship is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience, hone skills, and learn about different aspects of the business. Interns will be expected to contribute to projects, demonstrate strong communication skills, and develop proficiency in Excel, while learning about market operations and business processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in day-to-day operations across various departments.
Assist in project tasks and contribute to departmental goals.
Develop skills in business processes and market operations.
Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Take part in team meetings and contribute ideas or feedback.
Participate in the online test as part of the recruitment process.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a public or accredited private institution.
Must be in the 3rd year or final year of study.
Experience:
No prior professional experience is required.
Competencies:
Strong listening and communication skills (both oral and written).
Excellent proficiency in Excel.
Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
A commitment to completing the 3-month internship.
Eagerness to learn and explore new opportunities.
Ability to follow directions and ask questions when necessary.
