Job Description
As an Internal Systems Engineer – No-Code Ops, your core mission is to create systems and automations that streamline internal operations and help the team scale rapidly. You’ll use no-code platforms like Make.com, Notion, Airtable, and Slack to eliminate repetitive tasks, design CEO-level dashboards, and transform ideas into scalable backend processes. You’ll play a key role in optimizing team performance and will be deeply involved in building the internal backbone of Bunny Agency’s operations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
Proven experience building no-code/automation systems for startups or fast-growing teams
Proficiency in tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Make.com
Strong systems-thinking mindset with attention to operational efficiency
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and execute quickly and cleanly
Preferred:
Experience creating data dashboards for leadership teams
Previous exposure to internal tooling, backend systems, or productivity automation
Bonus points for submitting a Loom video showcasing a system you’ve built
