• Ensuring compliance in corporate IT assets and services with requirements established by information security, business continuity and risk management policies.
• Remediating vulnerabilities in I.T infrastructure (software & hardware).
• Administering endpoint protection systems and act on the threats reported.
• Administering Patch management systems and coordinating with Systems administrators to update applications automatically or on scheduled maintenance.
• Reviewing logs from Log Management systems and responding to actions required to mitigate threats identified.
• Providing Technical support to the Information Security & Resilience team in responding to IT Security Incidents.
• Maintaining IT Risk Register and coordinating Risk forums.
• Ensuring that the security features of selected technology solutions and their deployment architecture are evaluated by the Information Security team.
• Verifying and testing regular routines for backup of the technology environment and data.
• T Department coordinator for resolution of IT Audit Findings & Internal Control Findings
• Coordinating with Information Security & Business Continuity Officer in the preparation of IT Disaster Recovery Plan and conducting of Disaster Recovery tests.
