Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including partners, participants, and local authorities. Facilitate clear and effective communication between all parties involved.

  • Program Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the program or project within the designated country, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's objectives and goals.

  • Logistics Management: Arrange logistics for program activities such as travel, accommodation, meetings, and events.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including partners, participants, and local authorities. Facilitate clear and effective communication between all parties involved.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to program implementation in the country and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of program activities to assess progress and impact, and make necessary adjustments to ensure objectives are met.

  • Budget Management: Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently and expenditures are in line with the budgetary constraints.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding of local customs, traditions, and norms to effectively navigate interactions with local communities and stakeholders.
