Job Description
Reporting to the ICT Department, the intern will assist in technical support, data management, troubleshooting, and systems maintenance. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to ICT applications in a government environment, preparing the intern for a career in IT support, systems administration, or software development.

How to Apply
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
Provide ICT support to county staff including troubleshooting system and network issues.
Support in database management and data entry.
Participate in system upgrades, backups, and security protocols.
Maintain ICT equipment inventory and usage logs.
Assist in the development and management of county digital platforms.
Ensure compliance with ICT standards and security guidelines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications and networking.
Knowledge of database systems and IT security will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
