Job Description
Manage and monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and local networks.
Provide technical/user support; troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for compliance and security.
Ensure system security: data backups, antivirus protection, access controls.
Plan and execute IT projects (upgrades, migrations, installations).
Evaluate and recommend tools/technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with departments to understand needs and deliver IT solutions.
Document systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge management.

HND or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
