Job Description
Best Service Raya is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and shortlisting applicants. The role involves managing employee relations, benefits administration, and training coordination to ensure effective HR operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist applicants, ensuring effective recruitment plans are implemented.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicant qualifications for vacant positions (conduct reference check & verify me reports).
- Coordinate with department heads to conduct panel interviews for urgent vacancies.
- Develop and maintain internal job posting programs and referral systems.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and attend employment fairs to build applicant pools.
- Handle employee terminations and related issues professionally (conduct exit interviews).
- Maintain and develop a solid application database for easy reference.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports (joiners & leavers, HC reports, exit interviews analysis)- Manage HMO & life insurance in/out registration/records.
- Handle Employee relation activities (Communication meetings, birthdays, etc.).
- Coordinate Training activities with Consultants.
- Manage the Pension administration & submit timely.
- Maintain a proper filling system for all departments.
- Administer vacation submission & records.
