Job Description
The Human Resource Officer will be tasked with overseeing key HR functions such as employee relations, policy adherence, recruitment, training, and performance management. They will support line managers to drive performance and enhance employee engagement. This role will involve ensuring HR strategies are implemented effectively across the Nairobi and Mombasa branches.

How to Apply
Implement and monitor HR policies and strategies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters to line managers.
Promote employee engagement and a positive organizational culture.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Support performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements and internal standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR qualification such as Higher Diploma in HR or CHRP.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, procedures, and best practices.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments.
Proactive in promoting a performance-driven and engaging work environment.
