As a Human Resource manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Managing the recruitment and selection process Supporting business needs through motivation and retention of human capital
Developing and monitoring performance management and appraisal systems
Handling employee relations Issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Managing HR budgets and reporting on key HR metrics

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 7-8 years of proven experience as a Human Resource manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
Excellent communication, Interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
