The Human Resource Manager at Microfin Uganda Limited is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation of the staff.
The Human Resource Manager also ensures compliance with the labor laws and regulations, as well as the company policies and procedures.
The Human Resource Manager works closely with the senior management team to align the human resource strategy with the business goals and objectives.
The Human Resource Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer and supervises a team of human resource officers and assistants.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A bachelor's degree and a professional certification a in related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in the financial sector.
