The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human practices and processes.
This includes recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations and goals.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and benefits enrollment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the labor market.
Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and support organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Postgraduate degree or professional certificate in Human Resources Management, Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a reputable company
