To manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing. hiring and on boarding.
To ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.

To investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. To analyse trends in compensation and benefits.
To ensure the Association's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
To use performance management tools to provide guidance and feed back to team.
To ensure all the Association Human Resource Policies are applied consistently.
To maintain the Association chats and employee directory.
To partner with the National Scouts Leadership to ensure strategic Human Resource Goals are aligned with business initiatives.
To maintain the Human Resource systems and processes. 1) To conduct performance and salary reviews.
To provide support and guidance to the Human Resource staff.

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
Must have a working experience of at least five (5) years in a busy organizational set up.
Membership of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda will be an added advantage.
