Maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Processing payroll and benefits administration, such as enrolling employees in health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
Providing customer service to employees and managers, answering queries and requests related to HR policies and procedures.
Coordinating training and development activities, such as booking venues, preparing materials, and evaluating feedback.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the HR manager or director.
Qualifications
University degree in HRM/Humanities.
