Job Description

The Human Resource & Administration Intern will support the HR department in various administrative and operational activities, including recruitment, employee records management, and coordination of staff welfare initiatives. The intern will also assist with ICT-related tasks to enhance HR service delivery. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in HR and administration in a utility sector environment.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes.

  • Support the maintenance and updating of employee records.

  • Help coordinate staff training and development programs.

  • Assist with employee welfare and engagement activities.

  • Support administrative tasks within the HR department.

  • Utilize ICT skills to enhance HR data management and reporting.

  • Perform any other duties assigned to support the HR and administration functions.
