The administrative assistant intern will provide administrative, clerical and HR support to the office staff, with a focus on assisting the entire Kanzu Code team.

Assist with day-to-day operations of the Admin and HR functions and duties Including but not limited to ( budget drafting, Office expenses, maintenance and tidiness
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in data management preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leave, etc)
Communicate with the team when necessary when necessary
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews via google meet
Participate in departmental business improvement assignments and projects
And any other duties assigned from time to time

Recent University Graduate with a strong academic record in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
Good at Computer skills like typing, proof reading.
Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly
Effective at collaboration.
Commitment to impact and a strong interest in community development
Ability to work extremely independently
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs,
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new things
Commitment to excellence, outstanding work ethic, and attention to detail
Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving
