Job Description
Stabex International Uganda is recruiting for the position of Head of Internal Audit to lead its auditing and risk management functions. This role is central to ensuring compliance with global internal audit standards and maintaining robust internal controls within a fast-paced retail and FMCG environment. The successful candidate will oversee audit operations and provide strategic guidance to the management team.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to the Internal Audit department at a management level.
- Implement and maintain the organization's risk management and internal control frameworks.
- Ensure that all audit activities comply with Global Internal Audit Standards.
- Manage multiple audit assignments and internal control assessments within strict timelines across multi-site operations.
- Evaluate financial and operational compliance within retail and FMCG environments.
