Job Description
The role involves supervising all front, middle, and back-office staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery to Private Banking clients. The Head of Hub will monitor investment activities to ensure they align with client mandates and risk appetites. The position requires providing advisory services, mentoring staff, enforcing budget discipline, and promoting a client-centered culture. In addition, the role involves reviewing client profiles, authorizing expenditures, and complying with information security policies. The incumbent will also contribute to strategic planning and performance evaluation within the region.

How to Apply
Supervise day-to-day operations across the front, middle, and back-office teams.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all client transactions and portfolio management.
Educate clients on wealth management and offer tailored financial advisory services.
Review and validate client investment portfolios against risk mandates.
Lead and coach staff to promote a high-performance sales and service culture.
Participate in budget preparation and ensure achievement of financial targets.
Approve capital and current hub expenditures within authorized limits.
Monitor and control operational expenses to remain within budget.
Enforce a zero-tolerance policy on dormant or inactive accounts.
Uphold all internal information security protocols and client confidentiality requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower).
Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
10–15 years of progressive experience in banking or related financial services.
Prior experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking is preferred.
Formal training in Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation.
Training in Customer Profiling and Risk Assessment.
Strong leadership, communication, team-building, and analytical skills.
High level of professional integrity and accountability.
