Victoria Forest Resort is a beachfront resort located on Bugala Island which is the largest island of the Ssese archipelago. The Ssese archipelago consists of 84 Islands. Victoria Forest Resort provides views over Lake Victoria. Guests can relax beside the outdoor pool, in the extensive tropical gardens, or at our White Sand Beach. All of the rooms and cottages feature modern décor, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The hotel features a restaurant that prepares a variety of international cuisine and local dishes.

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform other cleaning tasks to ensure all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and organizing spaces to maintain a neat and orderly environment.

Utilize physical stamina to handle physically demanding aspects of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
Exhibit reliability and dependability by consistently showing up for scheduled shifts and completing assigned tasks with precision.

Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and unexpected situations.
Utilize previous housekeeping experience to perform duties effectively and efficiently.
Utilize language skills to communicate with diverse clientele and provide exceptional service to guests or residents.
Exhibit excellent customer service skills in interactions with clients, guests, or residents to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
