Job Description
This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to commercialize multiple platform businesses. It requires identifying and collaborating with key partners, developing technology specifications, and reaching new customer segments. The Head will leverage extensive networking, leadership across various functions, and testing of innovative options to ensure the sustainable growth of platform businesses. The role demands a blend of business acumen and technical expertise in digital platforms, using learnings from past experiences to improve procedures and foster innovation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive commercial growth and virality of multiple platform businesses.
Identify, engage, and manage collaboration partners and technological developers.
Develop technological development specifications for platform evolution.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative business strategies.
Continuously network and scout for new customer groups and market opportunities.
Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies, partnerships, and customer solutions.
Utilize experiences, including failures, to improve work processes and innovation strategies.
Champion innovation leadership within the platform business space.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Minimum: Degree in Business Commerce.
Experience:
More than 10 years of experience in business management.
Deep technical experience in digital platforms, with practical experience in leveraging trial and error for business improvement.
Background in Business & Commercial Banking is an advantage.
