Job Title: Graduate Trainees (Several No Experience Jobs)

The trainee will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations, including system administration, software development, network management, cybersecurity, and user support. The program aims to equip trainees with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a professional IT environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
System Support and Maintenance
Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Provide first-level support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT resources.
Network Management
Support the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
Assist in monitoring network security, backups, and connectivity issues.
Software Development and Integration
Participate in designing, developing, and testing software solutions.
Support the integration of new applications into existing systems.
Cybersecurity
Learn and implement best practices in cybersecurity to safeguard company data.
Assist in identifying and mitigating potential security threats.
Data Management
Support data entry, management, and analysis tasks.
Assist in database administration and data backup processes.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of IT operations, including incident reports and system updates.
Prepare and present reports on completed tasks and projects.
Learning and Development
Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance technical skills.
Collaborate with other team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of IT operations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any course related to business analysis and software development
Must have spent not more than 1 year after graduation
Minimum of a Credit 3 in Mathematics and English at O-level|
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Key Competencies and Skills
Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ (preferred).
Familiarity with networking concepts, operating systems, and database management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
