Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented graduate to join our Route to Market (RTM) team. The trainee will learn about the distribution and sales strategy that gets our products into the hands of consumers. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, distributor management, trade marketing, and field operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in mapping and analyzing distribution channels.
- Support the sales team in achieving volume and distribution targets.
- Help monitor market execution and competitor activity.
- Participate in trade visits and relationship management with distributors.
- Assist in implementing RTM strategies to improve product availability.
- Collect and report market intelligence from the field.
