Job Description
The E-Communication and Client Engagement Internship Programme aims to equip graduates with workplace experience in managing digital communication channels and enhancing client engagement strategies. Interns will be placed at the Sunnyside Office in Pretoria, where they will support activities related to online communication, data analysis, and customer interaction. This program offers a practical platform for applying theoretical knowledge in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, or Statistics to real-world client communication challenges.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of e-communication strategies
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
BCom or BSc Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, or Statistics
South African citizen, aged between 18 and 35 years
Unemployed graduate with no prior work experience or internship participation
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in data analysis and digital communication tools
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
