Job Title: Graduate Intern (Administration) No Experience Jobs
Organisation: Ekam Coffee
Duty Station: Namanve, Uganda
The Administrative intern will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Exam Coffee Limited through a range of administrative and organizational tasks. This internship is for three months with possibility of permanent confirmation thereafter.
Performance Goal: To promptly ensure smooth running and coordination of office operations.

How to Apply
Organizing and managing physical and digital filing systems.
Ensuring timeliness, cleanliness and tidiness of the office, safe custody, security and confidentiality of official information and documents in the office.
Ordering office supplies and coordinating repairs to ensure proper office functionality.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls over the Organization’s Official lines.
Ensure the Office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Provide basic and accurate information about the company in person and via phone/email.
Receive, register, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/documents.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
Contribute to periodic social media content and online updates.
Assisting in the organization of meetings, appointments, and events.
Supporting the preparation, formatting, and editing of reports, memos, and presentations.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Experience in managing a reception and customer service is of added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications and Social media/online content management. Prior experience is also helpful.
Confident and Bubbly personality.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Age: 23-27 years.
