Job Description
Graduate Associates/Analysts will be exposed to diverse assignments within FIST or Tax & Legal. They will apply Deloitte methodologies, ensure timely and quality work delivery, maintain data integrity, keep up with professional developments, and foster effective client relations. The role encourages continuous learning and provides an opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Applying Deloitte’s professional standards and procedures.
Meeting deadlines and delivering quality work within scope and budget.
Using knowledge tools and available resources efficiently.
Staying informed of developments in relevant fields and jurisdictions.
Identifying and communicating risks or concerns affecting data or timelines.
Building working relationships with clients and teams.
Adhering to information security protocols.
Actively managing one’s learning and development journey.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in engagements and assignments in FIST or Tax & Legal departments.
Learn and apply firm-approved methodologies and procedures.
Manage tasks within set timelines and quality expectations.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of data collected and shared.
Contribute to the development of practical business solutions.
Support effective communication with clients and team members.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
Actively pursue personal growth and development opportunities.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science (Second Upper or equivalent) for Actuarial roles.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Second Upper or equivalent) for Tax roles.
Must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
KCSE grade B minimum with at least B in Mathematics and English.
CPA/ACCA certification is an added advantage (for Tax roles).
Other Requirements:
Kenyan citizen or authorized to work in Kenya.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
Computer literacy.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to integrity.
