Job Description
The HR Graduate will play a key role in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management, and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, updating employee records, and assisting with performance management processes. The role also involves reporting, policy documentation, and supporting knowledge management across the organization.
The graduate will be responsible for:
Providing input in strategic meetings and transformation initiatives.
Supporting documentation and decision-making processes.
Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Researching and curating HR knowledge resources.
Assisting in defining and updating governance policies.
Engaging with operational teams across different locations.
Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Update employee records with new hire information.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and policy documents.
Coordinate and participate in strategic HR meetings.
Assist in compliance with HR policies, laws, and guidelines.
Provide input on transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Maintain and update HR knowledge databases.
Support governance and policy updates as required.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Undergraduate (final year) or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or Law.
Minimum of 3 principal passes at A-Level with an average grade of 80% or higher.
Competencies:
Willingness to learn and grow with a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret and apply HR laws, regulations, and policies.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
