Job Description

The HR Graduate will play a key role in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management, and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, updating employee records, and assisting with performance management processes. The role also involves reporting, policy documentation, and supporting knowledge management across the organization.

The graduate will be responsible for:

  • Providing input in strategic meetings and transformation initiatives.

  • Supporting documentation and decision-making processes.

  • Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Researching and curating HR knowledge resources.

  • Assisting in defining and updating governance policies.

  • Engaging with operational teams across different locations.

  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Education:
