Job Description

As a Global Mental Health Therapist (Contractor) at Spring Health, you will deliver therapeutic services to clients through short-term EAP sessions or ongoing employer health plans. You’ll be responsible for providing effective, evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs while maintaining appropriate documentation. You will work closely with Spring Health's support teams, receive performance feedback to enhance outcomes, and contribute to advancing global access to quality mental health care. The role is ideal for therapists who are self-directed but value collaboration and community among clinicians.

  • Treat adult clients, and preferably additional groups such as children, adolescents, couples, or families

  • Must hold an unrestricted license to practice therapy in a country outside the U.S.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health care

  • Experience in evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)

  • Telehealth competence and comfort with technology

  • Private/confidential space for therapy sessions (if applicable)

  • Ability to independently manage sessions while contributing to a supportive team environment

  • Strong commitment to client safety, quality of care, and professional development
