How to Apply
Supervise general cargo, bulk, and RoRo terminal operations
Motivate and lead on-site personnel and ensure safety norms are followed
Participate in vessel berthing and quay planning schedules
Monitor vessel operations, ensuring proper stowage, delivery, and crane operations
Coordinate equipment requirements and availability with the technical team
Handle documentation related to cargo handling and operations
Maintain productivity and efficiency standards in vessel and quay operations
Manage staff availability, performance evaluations, and skills development
Ensure cargo holds are cleaned and signed off by the vessel’s chief officer
Report damages, delays, and incidents to superintendents
Supervise lashing/unlashing and on-board operations
Ensure proper positioning of cranes and external trucks
Handle communication with vessel officers, pilots, and mooring personnel
Monitor key performance indicators including safety, pedestrian control, and traffic

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
Rigging and Lifting Certification (preferred)
Experience:
4 to 6 years in terminal operations
Experience with cargo handling, vessel planning, and port logistics
Competencies:
Leadership and team management
Knowledge of terminal activities and safety procedures
Familiarity with rigging and lifting principles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Time management and quality control
