Job Description
The Fulfilment Supervisor will lead daily operations in the fulfilment department, ensuring that deliveries are executed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will supervise a team of fulfilment representatives, manage delivery schedules and routes, monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock, ensure proper collection processes, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires a solution-oriented leader who can work effectively under pressure, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and deliver excellent customer service. Candidates with prior experience in logistics, field operations, or distribution—particularly in fast-paced or tech-driven environments—will excel in this role.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee field fulfilment operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Supervise and motivate a team of fulfilment representatives.
Manage delivery route planning and execution.
Perform inventory reconciliation and ensure stock accuracy.
Monitor collections and ensure proper handling of cash or digital payments.
Track asset utilization and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Report on fulfilment performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline fulfilment processes.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented and proactive in addressing issues.
