Job Description
Enforce compliance with KEBS and HACCP requirements across the production line.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of raw materials and finished goods.
Conduct routine testing/quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products; document results.
Prepare raw materials for processing and support line setup/changeovers.
Participate in end-to-end production (feeding, processing, packaging) ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Assist in new product development trials, process research, and implementation.
Maintain production and QC records; escalate deviations and participate in corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
Testing of raw materials and finished products; maintain QC logs.
Prepare raw materials for processing and support line operations.
Participate in production and packaging activities.
Support NPD trials and process improvements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Food Production (or related food science/technology field).
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar food manufacturing/processing role.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of KEBS, HACCP, GMP, and basic lab/testing procedures.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Good organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for innovation and sustainability in food systems; awareness of local consumer trends and nutrition.
