Job Description
As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing fleet performance, supervising project controllers, ensuring accurate tracking and fuel allocation, handling driver performance and compliance, and maintaining client satisfaction. You’ll lead operational improvements, manage documentation, and support planning and client liaison teams to ensure efficiency and customer-focused service delivery.
You’ll also play a critical role in incident management, legal compliance, and leadership development within the fleet and logistics teams, while using systems such as SAP and TMS to support real-time decision-making.

How to Apply
Maintain consistent customer communication and manage expectations
Resolve customer complaints in coordination with internal teams
Supervise journey management and ensure timely financial planning for drivers and service providers
Monitor and control fuel usage and allocation as per company procedures
Ensure timely and effective trip briefing/debriefing and compliance tracking
Handle driver issues, handovers, escalations, and disciplinary matters in collaboration with operations leads
Investigate accidents/incidents and provide solutions with HSSEQ team
Analyze and improve Project Controllers’ KPIs and operational performance
Oversee real-time trip monitoring and adherence to journey management plans
Ensure accurate completion and update of SAP and TMS systems
Maintain legal compliance of trips and documentation for invoicing
Manage the performance of assigned Project Controllers and admin/documentation staff
Assist other departments in cargo acquisition, planning, and stakeholder coordination
Bachelor’s Degree in Transport, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Desirable: LEAN SIX SIGMA, Project Management, Business or Safety Management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound planning and problem-solving abilities
High proficiency in using management and tracking systems (SAP, TMS)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
No specific years of experience required, but relevant experience is an advantage
