Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing, multi-entity business group is seeking a high-performance Financial Controller to build structure, enforce discipline, and drive financial clarity across operations.
This is not a reporting role.
This is a control, systems, and accountability role.
We are looking for someone who can design, implement, and enforce strong financial processes across multiple business units.
The successful candidate must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and uncompromising on financial integrity.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead all financial reporting across multiple operating entities
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts within strict timelines
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and SOPs
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Establish KPI dashboards for leadership and ensure performance tracking
- Strengthen working capital management and cost control
- Supervise accounting teams and improve finance department efficiency
- Drive automation and financial systems improvement
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors and auditors
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
