Job Description
The Financial Advisor will be responsible for offering sound financial guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding investments, insurance plans, savings, and risk management. The role includes conducting one-on-one consultations, preparing financial reports, monitoring market trends, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Financial Advisors will also pursue new clients and contribute to the company’s growth through effective sales and advisory practices.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct individual consultations to assess clients’ financial goals, income, risk appetite, and assets
Recommend appropriate investment and insurance products tailored to client needs
Open and manage progressive savings accounts
Perform market analysis to stay informed about financial products and trends
Prepare financial documentation including income projections and investment performance reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to build a strong portfolio
Provide ongoing client support and relationship management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience:
0 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, insurance, or financial services
Skills and Competencies:
Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good sales and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical thinking and ability to assess client needs effectively
