Engage with prospective clients to identify their financial needs
Offer suitable financial products that meet client requirements
Accurately capture client and sales data
Meet or exceed performance targets (production, quality, conversion)
Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Foster long-term relationships with clients for retention and referrals
Qualifications:
Matric/N4 or equivalent
Regulatory examinations (if currently in financial services)
FAIS-compliant based on DOFA date
Undergraduate degree (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience for those with only matric
1–2 years of experience for candidates with an undergraduate degree
2–3 years of experience in a sales environment
Competencies:
Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills
Computer literacy
Excellent time management and planning
Resilience and ability to bounce back from setbacks
Strong relationship management
Demonstrated sales behaviors
Entrepreneurial mindset
