OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide routine filing support.

  • Basic finance review of sampled documentation for audit.

  • Ensuring systematic hard copy filling of documentation.

  • Ensuring systematic labelling of hard copy files.

  • Stamping of documentation.

  • Soft copy scanning & filling of financial documents.

  • Ensuring systematic achieving and storage of hard copy documents.

  • Any additional roles assigned by supervisors.

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is often the minimum requirement.

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are advantageous but not always required at this level.


Experience:

  • Entry-level roles may not require extensive experience, but 1–2 years of experience in a finance or administrative support role is typically preferred.

  • Experience with bookkeeping, data entry, or customer service in a financial context can be beneficial.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential (e.g., using formulas, creating financial spreadsheets).

  • Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting systems is often required.

  • Basic knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting practices.
