About the Organisation
The EYE-C programme, funded by the Mastercard Foundation, is being implemented by a consortium comprising aBi Development Ltd, Café Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. Job Description
Café Africa Uganda (CAU) and the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (ICA) Uganda Chapter are seeking qualified and passionate individuals to support the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme.
Locations: Kampala and various coffee-growing districts in Uganda

Finance Officer
Role Summary:
Support financial operations, reporting, and compliance for IWCA activities within the programme.

Deadline for applications: 15th August 2025
Manage day-to-day finance functions, including requisitions, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and budget tracking documents.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and donor regulations.
Liaise with auditors and external consultants as needed.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
CPA or ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
3+ years of experience in finance roles in an NGO context.
