Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Provide cash flow forecasts for the next three months
- Develop company budgets in liaison with departmental heads
- Ensure budgetary controls are in force
- Compare actual performance with budgets and conduct variance analysis
- Ensure all statutory deductions and deadlines are adhered to (PAYE, NSSF, VAT, W/T)
- Analyze monthly trading results and advise on business health
- Ensure policies and procedures for financial operations are followed
