Job Description
The Finance Manager (Entry-Level) will support Patapia’s financial operations, strategic planning, grant management, and compliance functions. The role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to grow in financial leadership, microfinance operations, and digital finance systems while contributing to an impact-driven mission.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Assist in grant management, donor reporting, and compliance requirements
- Participate in strategic financial decision-making and analysis
- Support microfinance operations and financial controls
- Use digital finance tools and systems to improve efficiency
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to impact-driven financial initiatives and organizational growth
