Financial Reporting:
Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Budget Analysis: Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations to senior management.
Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and projections based on historical data, industry trends, and business plans.
Financial Performance: Analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the organization's financial health and performance.
Management Reporting:
Management Dashboards: Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into financial performance.
Ad-hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by senior management or stakeholders.
Innovation Support:
Financial Modeling: Create financial models to support strategic initiatives, new projects, and innovation efforts.
Cost Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for new projects and business ventures.
Investment Evaluation: Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the finance function.
Collaboration and Communication:
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, marketing, and operations, to support innovation projects and initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls related to reporting and financial management.
Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Team Leadership and Development:
Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals responsible for reporting and innovation support.
Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) may be preferred.
Experience:
Professional Experience: Several years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and management, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
Innovation Support: Experience in supporting innovation projects, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
Skills and Competencies:
Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis techniques.
Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and presentations.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting financial information to stakeholders.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and provide insights to support business decisions and innovation.
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
