Job Title: Finance Manager – Insurance Brokerage

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial health of the company. He/she will oversee budgeting, reporting, auditing, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance brokerage financial operations, regulatory frameworks, and team leadership.

How to Apply
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with URA, IRA, and other financial regulatory requirements.
Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
Oversee cash flow, expenditure, and financial planning.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Advise management on strategic financial decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations in Uganda.
