Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Recent graduates (2023–2025) in any discipline, preferably in Business/Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering
Final-year students completing by July 2025 are eligible
Experience:
No prior work experience is required
Competencies and Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure
Good computer proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in Mtwara, Southern Tanzania
