Job Description
The selected candidate will be placed on a three-month internship to support the finance team in executing routine finance operations. These include maintaining payment records, capturing invoices and purchase orders, handling reconciliations, preparing statutory returns, and assisting with internal and external audits. The intern will also contribute to ensuring the Environmental Management System (EMS) objectives are met and will work closely with team members to meet departmental goals and uphold service excellence.

How to Apply
Ensure compliance with finance and general standard operating procedures
Support internal and external audit processes
Assist in consumables management and other administrative duties
Capture purchase orders and match invoices
Post payments and reconcile supplier statements
Process supplier payments and ensure statutory compliance
Reconcile bank statements
Handle client billing and invoicing processes
Contribute to EMS implementation at the departmental and site levels
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or Business Management
CPA Part II or ACCA (semi-qualified accountant preferred)
Previous internship or experience in a freight forwarding company is an added advantage
Proficient in Excel and other IT tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good negotiation and administrative skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong time-management and organizational abilities
Team-oriented with a focus on quality and customer service
Results-driven and committed to achieving company goals
