About the Role
We are looking for a Finance and Logistics Assistant to support our growing operations in Uganda. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build their experience in finance, procurement, and operations within a mission-driven organization. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes and logistical coordination for our field and training activities.

Finance Support
Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
Support the processing of payments and tracking of expenses and petty cash.
Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports.
Conduct weekly cash reconciliations.
Contribute to quarterly budget planning with the Program Lead.
Ensure compliance with Tiny Totos’ financial policies and procedures.
Logistics Support
Assist in procuring goods and services in line with procurement guidelines.
Track and manage office and field supplies, training materials, and assets.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transport logistics for staff and visitors.
Provide logistical support for events, daycare bootcamps, and trainings.
Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office assets and equipment.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Willingness to learn tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, and digital finance platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity and commitment to financial accountability.

Compensation
This is a salaried, entry-level role. Compensation will be reviewed periodically based on performance, funding availability, and operational growth in Uganda.
