Job Description
The Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for creating product demand through visits to prescribers, pharmacies, medical facilities, and institutions. They will implement strategic market penetration plans, manage customer relationships, facilitate order bookings and deliveries, and ensure full territory coverage. Ideal candidates should be articulate, well-presented, and passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.

How to Apply
Drive product demand through targeted client visits
Implement market penetration strategies
Support clients in booking and following up on orders
Manage and enhance customer relationships and satisfaction
Ensure optimal coverage of assigned sales territories
Arrange client appointments for efficient and objective visits
Maintain and utilize a detailed client listing for communication and planning
Represent the company professionally in appearance and product knowledge
Participate in training sessions and mock detailing exercises
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
1–3 years of sales and marketing experience
Previous field medical representative experience is an added advantage
Desirable Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent presentation and numerical skills
Strong leadership and adaptability
High attention to detail
Strategic vision and understanding of business needs
