Job Description

As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential loan customers through on-ground engagement and outreach efforts. Your role will involve educating clients about Carbon’s products, assessing loan eligibility, and meeting sales targets. You will act as a bridge between the bank and the field, contributing significantly to business growth and customer acquisition.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential customers through community outreach, market visits, and networking

  • Conduct preliminary assessments of loan eligibility

  • Promote and explain Carbon’s loan products and services to potential clients

  • Achieve and surpass weekly/monthly lead generation targets

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and disbursement activities

  • Provide detailed and timely reports on field sales efforts

  • Keep up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and internal policies

  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards during customer engagements
