Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executives to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence in the assigned regions. The role involves active field engagement, client acquisition, and promotion of products within the agriculture and machinery sectors.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territories
- Promote and sell agricultural equipment, machinery, or related products
- Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and customer follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis
