Job Description

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited seeks a dedicated Field Auditor based in Abuja (FCT) but open to traveling across different states in Nigeria. The successful candidate will conduct audits to assess financial procedures, ensure compliance with internal policies, and contribute to operational enhancements. This role involves report writing, internal assessments, risk evaluation, and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present audit reports and document audit processes.

  • Provide independent evaluations to ensure compliance, legality, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Identify process loopholes and recommend risk aversion strategies.

  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.

  • Document findings and follow up on corrective measures.

  • Conduct audit follow-ups to track interventions.

  • Stay updated on industry rules, tools, and performance standards.

  • Evaluate staff adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Provide data-driven assessments and practical solutions to internal challenges.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • HND/BSc in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in microfinance or lending institutions.

  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Sound independent judgment and decision-making ability.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in Hausa language is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.
