Job Description
As a Field / Retail Sales Executive, you are the face of Greenco in the market. You will drive product sales across your assigned retail outlets, build genuine relationships with store owners and distributors, and make sure Greenco products are visible, stocked, and moving wherever shoppers look.
This is a field job focused on market engagement, hitting targets, and monitoring competitor activity.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily on a structured route plan
- Drive sell-in and sell-through across the full Greenco range
- Build strong, warm relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers
- Ensure consistent product visibility — shelf placement, POS materials, branded displays
- Take and process orders, follow up on deliveries, resolve issues quickly
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and shelf share — and report back with sharp, useful insights
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Submit accurate daily route reports
