Job Description
The Fibre Field Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling HYPA’s fibre internet packages to residential and commercial clients in the Vaal region. As a brand ambassador, you will participate in door-to-door campaigns, community activations, and social media marketing. You’ll manage your sales leads using the company’s digital tools and provide customer support throughout the sales process. This is a freelance, commission-based position with the opportunity to earn uncapped income and secure a permanent role based on performance. Training will be provided, and all successful candidates must pass background checks.

How to Apply
Actively sell fibre internet services door-to-door and at activations
Engage customers and build lasting relationships
Track and update sales activity using the Solid CRM system
Take part in community and mall activation campaigns
Promote services via social media platforms
Report on daily activities, including leads, conversions, and locations covered
Maintain marketing materials and tools in excellent condition
Suggest new activation points or areas for sales improvement
Stay updated on product offerings and telecommunications trends
Provide feedback on training and development needs.

Education: Minimum Grade 8, Matric/Grade 12 preferred
Experience: Internship/Entry-level welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
