Job Description
As the Female Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the aesthetic clinic. Your duties will include overseeing day-to-day administration, managing inventory, leading the clinic team, improving customer service, and executing marketing and business growth strategies. You must be well-organized, business-savvy, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. The position requires a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and a genuine interest in the wellness and aesthetic industry. The preferred candidate must live close to the clinic and maintain a professional appearance (including light makeup, as needed).

How to Apply
Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain documentation
Manage inventory of products, medical supplies, and coordinate with vendors
Ensure excellent patient experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up
Handle patient concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly
Mentor and supervise medical and administrative staff
Organize and oversee training sessions and performance evaluations
Support marketing efforts and collaborate on campaigns and client acquisition strategies
Monitor clinic performance metrics and drive business development initiatives
Identify opportunities for growth and service expansion

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in clinic, spa, or healthcare management
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and skincare services is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Age preference: 35 years and above
