Kimanya-Ngeyo Foundation

Job Description

Kimanya-Ngeyo’s Fellowship Program is a rigorous and immersive educational experience that integrates in-depth study with practical application, reflection, and consultation, all within the context of promoting community well-being. Fellows engage with educational materials designed to: (i) develop critical skills and abilities while cultivating attitudes and qualities essential for individual and collective transformation; (ii) strengthen capacity to engage constructively in prevailing societal discourses, contributing to transformation in thought and action required for development work; and (iii) participate in and support practical community service for social transformation. These components take place concurrently as fellows gain real-world experience in selected villages. The programme is dedicated to synthesizing theoretical knowledge with practical action, preparing participants for impactful careers and fostering sustainable community progress.

Training Materials
Participants will engage with educational materials from the PSA programme, the Ruhi Institute, and other relevant resources.
